Dan Metzger
Founder & Head U.S. Academy TrainerDan is a former professional with deep roots in the U.S. soccer landscape. Growing up in the New York Red Bull academy and playing for U.S. Youth National Teams, Coach Dan knows what it takes to compete at the highest levels in U.S. youth soccer. He has taken his experience to help develop players technically and tactically in our U.S. Academy.

Our academies have access to outdoor and indoor turf fields, featuring professional-grade surfaces to create the ideal training environment for players year round.
Training Center
Professionals spend maximum 2–3 minutes on the ball in a 90-minute game. So how well do you move when the ball isn't at your feet? Our performance centers focus on building well-rounded athletes to help players execute off the ball.
Recovery
Knowing the demands this game takes — from our coaches' own experience — we prioritize player recovery. From ice baths to saunas and nutrition, we make sure to give our players every opportunity to be successful.
Residency
Our brand new million dollar residency comfortably houses players to allow them to be completely immersed in the game year round.
